How it works
How does the consultation work? Everything is online, by video call and in the language you prefer. You start with a first online consultation of 15 minutes, free; if we move forward, following sessions are from €99, with no cap.
Is this a medical consultation? Yes. It is led by Dr. Karolina Aragón-Gawińska, a board-certified physician and PhD, neurologist specialised in neuroplastic medicine.
What is neuroplasticity? It's the nervous system's ability to reorganise itself and learn. It's the basis of Neuroplastika's approach: if the nervous system has learned patterns that produce symptoms, it can also relearn more balanced ones.

How long does a consultation last and how much does it cost?

How do I pay? Payment and confirmation are handled through the online consultation channel.
Booking and cancellation
How do I book the free session? Through the "Book your online consultation" button on the consultation page. We confirm your appointment through the same channel.
What if I need to cancel? Let us know as early as possible. The orientation is free, but we appreciate the notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
The approach
Do you promise to cure me? No. We don't promise cures. We work with medical rigour to help you retrain your nervous system's regulation, and results vary from person to person.
Does this replace my doctor? No. Our approach is complementary. If we detect signs requiring another assessment, we'll tell you clearly.
Which languages do you work in? English, Spanish, Polish and French.
Does the online consultation ask for my medical history? No. We only ask for the details needed to book and a brief reason. Health details are discussed in the consultation itself.
